FTP Facebook

Published on August 29th, 2010

As some can see, we got off into the Facebook page extravaganza this past week and the support has been tremendous (as Brian would say).   Why a Facebook page to go with “From the Point”  main site?  Well, it’s simple really. I spend countless hours digging for hockey images and videos  and we thought it would be a great idea to share some things that may not make it into an article or some other piece that is in the works and while everyone may not have made it into the world of Twitter, almost everybody has a Facebook page. The beauty of it all is, it’s a common thing to check a FB page at least once a day, even if it’s only for a moment.  We just wanted to make it a bit easier to get that quick hockey fix for the day.  While we may be Pens-centric, I think you’ll find us a bit more open to hockey in general (but that does NOT mean the Flyers get a pass from occasional ribbing). Keep it coming, it doesn’t work without people reading and clicking……

The page itself should see regular updates on any given day…so be prepared and adjust your feed accordingly.  For potential blog use, hey feel free but if you found it on our feed, but be kind enough acknowledge that we saved you the effort of hunting things down.

It’s been a long off-season of Kovaljokes…and we are in the home stretch before Training Camp….

Thanks to everyone, keep it coming…
