Penguins Skates & Plates – Tuesday March 9th
Penguins players will don tuxedos and give up their day jobs for a night of serving dinner to benefit the Western PA Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Mario Lemieux Foundation.
The Pittsburgh Penguins will hold their annual Skates & Plates dinner tomorrow night at the Carnegie Music Hall. The event is sponsored by Trib Total Media Gala.
Penguins players will don tuxedos and give up their day jobs for a night of serving dinner to benefit the Western PA Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Mario Lemieux Foundation.
The Carnegie Music Hall is located at 4400 Forbes Avenue in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh.
This annual event has been happening since 1986 and has raised over $4.8 million for medical research.
The entire Penguins team will be serving dinner as part of this event. Player introductions begin at 7:30pm in the Carnegie Music Hall Foyer.
